Some moves are straightforward on the surface, but they still need a steady hand and a bit of care, this job in Melbourne, Derby was one of those.
Our client needed several pieces of furniture transported from their home and placed safely inside our secure storage unit, and we made sure the whole process stayed calm and organised.
We arrived in the morning with the van stocked with blankets, straps and the usual gear that helps us move things without a fuss. After a quick walk through the house, we carried each piece out and loaded everything in a tidy layout so nothing slid around during the drive.
Once we reached the storage compound, we opened up our secure, insulated and dry storage unit. The facility is protected by electric gates and CCTV, which gives people confidence that their belongings are stored safely. We placed the heavier items at the back, then worked our way forward, balancing the load so everything stayed steady. By the time we finished, the unit looked neat and the client could easily add more items later if needed.
At Home Moves Made Easy, we provide secure storage solutions for people who are moving, renovating or simply need extra room. Jobs like this show how useful that service can be when life gets busy.
